Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

We are dedicated to ensuring the quality of your purchase and guarantee that all items will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We stand behind every product we sell and offer a lifetime manufacturer warranty and maintenance for your jewelry.

Our jewelry is crafted with the highest quality materials only in the USA and undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. Our lifetime warranty covers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services.

If you encounter any issues with your jewelry or require additional services not covered by our warranty, you can mail your item back to our office for evaluation. After inspection, if any charges are necessary, we will inform you before proceeding with any repairs.

Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to return your item(s) for our free lifetime warranty services or request additional repairs for your Matthew Rosie® jewelry.

*To send us your ring, U.S. customers can purchase a fully insured shipping label for $30. International customers will bear the return shipping costs applicable to their order. We will return your item to you free of charge.

Conditions And Exclusions:
Any repairs or services conducted by a jeweler other than Matthew Rosie® will void the warranty

The Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are available exclusively to the original purchaser of the product from Matthew Rosie®.

Fine jewelry is not immune to normal wear, activities, or trauma, especially rings, which are exposed to significant wear and tear. Our warranties do not cover damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from neglecting necessary repairs to maintain the product's integrity is also not covered.

Examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals wearing down over time, potentially requiring reinforcement or restoration as part of normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught, or worn prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Stones falling out or being lost due to chipping or breaking from normal wear or other damage
