Unfortunately, we only work with stones purchased through Matthew Rosie since our settings are custom-made for each stone. Typically, collection styles are ready to ship about three weeks after ordering. You'll receive regular updates during this time. Before shipping, we will confirm your address via email.

For more complex custom designs, plan for 5-6 weeks for the entire process. For unique designs, allow extra time. Patience ensures the best results!

All of our settings can be customized. You can start by requesting a free sketch, booking a consultation, or chatting with a designer on our website.

You can make two rounds of minor revisions for free, which include adjustments like band thickness, setting height, and side stone size. If a complete redesign is needed, an additional CAD model costs $350. This fee covers the new design, a second fit sample, and two more rounds of revisions. It is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward the final ring.

You can purchase a second CAD mockup for $350, but only one CAD model can be credited toward your final purchase. If you're unsure, discuss your concerns with your designer and choose the design you feel most confident about. Two rounds of minor revisions are included for free, and you can opt for a second model later if needed.

CAD deposits are non-refundable and can only be applied as credit toward the specific ring they were designed for.

Quotes for custom settings and bands (excluding the center stone) are valid for two weeks and may change based on material and labor costs.

• Side Stones: We offer custom cut side stones, which can take 2-8 weeks based on the rough material. This extends the overall production time to 5-13 weeks. We can custom cut lab-grown diamond side stones and gemstones. These are eligible for return under our policy, with a $250 restocking fee.
