Please note: Overnight Friday packages will arrive on Monday. Please allow adequate time for your item to be thoroughly inspected. All jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped within two to three weeks, depending on our production schedule for that specific item. Matthew Rosie takes every necessary precaution to ensure safe delivery. Your order is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery

Our Shipping Policies:
For your protection and convenience, Matthew Rosie always:
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- If your order value is over $500.00, signature will be required at delivery.
- For US domestic orders, if you are unable to be home to sign for your package, we have office locations across the US where you can pick-up at your convenience! You can also select to deliver to a FedEx Office Location near you.
If you miss your shipment, FedEx will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper
Matthew Rosie is dedicated to ensuring your order is delivered promptly. However, delays caused by inclement weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We may use an alternative shipping method if necessary to meet your delivery date and destination. In the rare event that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, please report this to Matthew Rosie within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
